If your family information needs to be updated (i.e. more children, grandchildren) - Please fill out the form, below, as best as you can. It allows you to type directly on each line and you may type any kind of notes. On the right, you can pull down more of the form if you need more for completion. If you know birth dates, death dates, etc. have already been recorded correctly at Ancestory.com, at least identify yourself by naming your parents or children.
When you are done - please hit the "submit" button and your work will be forwarded so that we can enter all info into our "Family Tree" program.
