Should we ever have a physical Family Reunion, postcards can be sent out to those who do not use the Internet.
The information you fill out, below, will not be seen on the page. We understand the importance of privacy. It will be sent directly to the administrator. Also your info will not be posted in an public record.
We are entertaining the idea of creating an Address Book that can be accessed here on another page that requires a password to view. The book will be able to be printed out for you to keep.
Most of Leslein Cousins, who have kept connections with us, are from the family of Michael & Louise Leslein. Cousins under the age of 35 may relate to their grandparents, who may be the next genertion down (children of Michael's children).
There are 2 forms provided below.
Form 1 can be filled out by those descendants of Michael.
Form 2 goes back one more generation - Peter & Dorathea's children (which includes Michael).
This form can be used by cousins who are from a brother or sister of Michael.
You will see different groups of names with places for checkmarks - You do not have to fill out both forms. If you do not know what to checkmark - just leave it blank and type at the bottom that you are unsure what to check. Don't worry - you are not lost & we will find your home :o)
